Night time in the ward, Eastern Cape

  1. We CREATE opportunities (through interaction with individual health system managers)

  2. We SOURCE candidates for posts through creative marketing campaigns

  3. We MANAGE and FILTER applications according to job specification and national legislation

  4. We manage all ADMINISTRATION legislated through government and regulatory body policy

  5. We manage EXAMINATION processes where relevant

  6. We administer final candidate PLACEMENTand liaison with facility

  7. We do post placement ORIENTATION and ongoing SUPPORT

  8. We MONITOR and EVALUATE our services, and those of our partners, as well as of the experiences of placed health workers
