Scope
- CREATE opportunities (through interaction with individual health system managers)
- SOURCE candidates for posts through creative marketing campaigns
- MANAGE and FILTER applications according to job specification and national legislation
- Manage all ADMINISTRATION legislated through government and regulatory body policy
- Manage EXAMINATION processes where relevant
- Administer final candidate PLACEMENT and liaise with facilities
- Facilitate post-placement ORIENTATION and ongoing WORKFORCE SUPPORT
- MONITOR and EVALUATE our services, and those of our partners, as well as the experiences of placed health workers
