Martin Schroeder
UK representative

Martin represents AHP in the United Kingdom and Europe based in Oxford and aims to improve our reach to increase the recruited numbers of doctors and allied health professionals. He also ensures the provision of work permits and volunteer visas from the South African Consulate in London.

Lindsay Harris
Strategic information officer

Lindsay is thrilled to be working for AHP and excited about the challenges ahead! As the strategic information officer, I handle all internal and external monitoring and evaluation, as well as some aspects of information processing and research. Monitoring and evaulation makes up a large part of what AHP does, and is important be able to track the results of our work. Not only for the purpose of continuous improvement, but also for donor reporting.

Camille Venketas
Foreign recruitment assistant

Camille has recently joined AHP as a recruitment assistant. She obtained a Bcom in Human Resource management degree and a certificate in the basics of business and management principles. She is currently pursuing a diploma in Zulu. Her aim is to contribute to the success of assisting in the recruiting and retaining of foreign healthcare professionals. With her interpersonal skills and passion for helping others she is sure to make a positive difference to those less fortunate communities.

Candice Clark
Junior orientation officer

“An eye for an eye will only make the whole world blind.”

Candice has joined AHP as the junior orientation officer. She ensures all recruited healthcare professionals are adequately orientated and enjoy their stay as much as possible in our beautiful country. She completed her honours degree in Psychology, and brings with her a passion for South Africa and the upliftment of its people.

Funeka Sogoni
Recruitment consultant

Funeka has a total of eight years recruitment experience from both an agency and corporate front. That has included working in different industries ranging from FMCG, Retail and IT. She is excited to be part of a group of people, consisting of highly skilled professionals who still firmly stand for helping others who cannot help themselves.

Calvin Moyana
Eastern Cape district practice manager - Cacadu

"Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen."

Calvin Moyana joins AHP as our new District Practice Manager for Cacadu in Eastern Cape. Calvin has a Masters in Public Health from Walter Sisulu University, as well as an Honour in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe and a Certificate in Personnel, Training, Labour & Business from the Institute of Personnel Management. Calvin joins us from another PEPFAR-partner, Africare, where he was the M&E Officer. He has also worked as a Life Skills Lecturer  at WSU and OVC Programme Manager.

Rathani Nemuramba
Limpopo district practice manager - Vhembe

“It takes the right mental attitude and passion to succeed in life”.

Rathani Nemuramba is the District Practice Manager for Vhembe in Limpopo. She holds a Masters in Research Psychology from the University of Limpopo, where she subsequently worked as a research assistant. She joins AHP as from Umsizi Sustainable Social Solutions where she was a Junior Social Scientist. She has also worked as a project coordinator, doing desktop research and proposal writing, for the UL Performing Arts Centre, and as a Talent Development Intern at British American Tobacco.

Mokgadi Raboshakga
Limpopo district practice manager - Capricorn

"Handle your present with confidence and prepare for the future without fear"

Mokgadi Raboshakga joins AHP as our new District Practice Manager for Capricorn in Limpopo. Mokgadi is a highly qualified nurse (community health nursing, psychiatric nursing, occupational health nursing, midwifery and general nursing science). She also has qualifications in Strategic and International Human Resources, Local Government Administration and HIV/AIDS/STD counselling. She joins us from University of Limpopo where she was a contract professional nurse managing the dispensary and various projects.

Morongwa Magongoa
Mpumalanga district practice manager - Nkangala

"Dwell in possibilities."

Morongwa Magongoa joins AHP as our new District Practice Manager for Nkangala in Mpumalanga. Morongwa has an Honours in Sociology and Social Work, amongst numerous other short course qualifications (including Migration Studies, Organisational Development, Proposal Writing, Financial Management and HR). Morongwa joins us from working as a Socio-Economic Consultant and, prior to this, as CEO of SANTA.

Dipuwo Makutu
Orientation Officer - Coastal Provinces

Dipuwo started out working as a receptionist in a company called NETWORK 21 and worked her way up to being an Events Coordinator. She has a passion for people and believes that it takes a village to raise a kid. Dipuwo recently joined AHP and is really looking forward to working for an organisation that goes all out in helping to improve our health system.

Emmah Mawema
Office secretary (head office)

Emmah is an executive personal assistant/secretary/events manager assistant with eight years experience in the secretarial field. She has worked with corporates such as Toyota and in an international organization (UN - World Health Organisation), as well as, organisations that deal with abused and neglected children in South Africa for the past 3 years.

Sibusiso Lukhele
Research assistant

Sibusiso is from Soweto and went to school in the beautiful Eastern Cape. He recently completed his Masters degree in Political Studies from Wits University. He is passionate about the youth and helping them have a brighter future, he is also passionate about volunteering and giving back to our amazing country.

Lerato Tshetlo
Orientation officer assistant

"Never cry over something that's either not your fault or something that you cant change be strong and have faith".

Lerato is the Orientation Officer Assistant at AHP. She has a BA degree in International Relations from the University of Pretoria. Her former work experience includes; working at the Centre for the Study of Aids as a volunteer and as the faculty coordinator assistant. Working at AHP has broadened her knowledge of health and has expanded her passion for helping people.

Rose Zandile May
Recruitment assistant

Rose Zandile May joined AHP as a Recruitment Assistant for the foreign recruitment team. Rose joins us from Siyotheza Security where she was the Office Administrator, and UTi Pharma where she was the Assistant HR Officer. Rose has qualifications in HR and public relations. She bolsters a solid force and will certainly contribute valuably to AHP being able to place even more FQD in the inland provinces.

Keabetswe Nkete
Marketing and events coordinator

“You can never earn in the outside world more than you earn in your own mind.”

Keabetswe is the Marketing and Events Coordinator based in Johannesburg as part of the Operations Team. Her role is to handle all the details for AHP attendance at local and international conferences, career days and team build events. She obtained a BCom Marketing Management and a Certificate Programme in International Marketing at UNISA.
